Maple Sugaring Fest
Sunday, February 24th, 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
On a partly cloudy winter afternoon, over 400 people turned out to learn about the process of maple sugaring! Participants learned how to identify and tap maple trees; collect and cook the sap and how maple sugaring came to be!
