full calendar Kids’ Yoga!

(For children ages 3-6)

A fun-filled, creative approach to yoga!  Self-expression and silliness are encouraged as kids imitate animals and nature through storytelling, music and games.  Kids will learn to relax and calm their bodies through breathing and visualization; and work on coordination, flexibility, balance, stretching and strengthening.  Classes will be held outside, weather permitting.  Yoga mats will be provided. Yoga sessions will be led by Dawn Yoselowitz.  Registration is required.
