Leaving the Garden
I wrote several years ago that the garden we leave at night is not the same garden that we return to in the morning. It is just as certain that the Arboretum I arrived at in September of 2014 is not the same Arboretum that I will be leaving at the end of February. As a former teacher in the public-school system, there was never enough time to get to some of the wonderful topics we want to share with our children.
