Afternoon Tea - Saturday, April 22 (11:30 am, 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm)

The Secret Tea Room invites you to enjoy an enchanting Sunday Afternoon Tea in the historic Wisner House whilst overlooking the Arboretum’s gardens and grounds. The Secret Tea Room takes particular pride in its collection of chinaware, which wonderfully complements the Victorian style of Wisner House.

Upon arrival you are offered a menu of fine teas and infusions. Your choice of tea is brewed to perfection and served along with freshly baked scones (from the Wisner House kitchen), jam, homemade clotted cream, and scrumptious baguette tea sandwiches.  A tiered selection of delicious desserts is also included. About midway through the service, you will be offered a complimentary glass of Prosecco or sparkling lemonade. We hope you will join us!

RESERVATIONS: Seatings are 90 minutes each and registration is required. An in-person gratuity for your server is generously encouraged as gratuity is not included in tea pricing.

The 11:30 am and 12:30 pm seatings are for adults (children ages 13+ are welcome).
The 2:00 pm seating is a Family Tea for adults and families with children ages 6+.

PLEASE NOTE:  When registering for this event, make a note in the participants box on the checkout page if there are dietary restrictions for guests in your party.  This must be communicated to us 48 hours before the event. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available; we cannot accommodate a vegan diet. In warmer weather months, please also indicate if you would prefer seating outdoors.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES: If you need to cancel your reservation, please provide notice 48 hours prior to the event to receive a full refund less a 20% administrative fee or reschedule for a future date within 12 months. Reeves-Reed Arboretum’s office hours are Tuesday-Friday from 10 AM – 4PM. Any changes to your reservation, including cancellations, made after 4pm on the Friday preceding your tea date should be emailed to richard@secrettearoom.us.
