Mother's Day Evening Tea - Friday, May 12, 7:00 pm seating
You are invited to enjoy a special Mother’s Day Evening Tea in historic Wisner House! The Secret Tea Room takes particular pride in its collection of chinaware, which wonderfully complements the Victorian style of Wisner House and sets an enchanting scene overlooking the Arboretum’s gardens and grounds – perfect for a Mother’s Day celebration!
Upon arrival you will be offered a menu of fine teas and infusions. Your choice of tea will be brewed to perfection and served along with freshly baked scones (from the Wisner House kitchen), jam, homemade clotted cream, and scrumptious baguette tea sandwiches. A tiered selection of delicious desserts is also included. About midway through the service, enjoy a complimentary glass of Prosecco or sparkling lemonade.
RESERVATIONS: Registration is required. Seatings are 90 minutes each. Please note when registering for this event, to make a note in the participant’s box on the checkout page if there are any dietary restrictions for anyone in your party. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available; we cannot accommodate a vegan diet. This must be communicated to us 48 hours prior to your reservation. In warmer weather months, please also indicate if you would prefer outdoor seating (if available).
CANCELLATIONS: Provided you give notice of your cancellation 48 hours prior to your reservation, you can reschedule for a future available date within 12 months or receive a refund less a 20% administrative fee.
