Summit, NJ Attention all beach bunnies, surf riders, and boardwalk strollers! Summer is well underway, the water I swarm, and the drinks at The Hat Tavern icy cold. Time to grab your pals for some fun in the virtual sun as you view the latest exhibit at The Grand Summit Hotel's Hat Tavern, DOWN THE SHORE, photographs by Mary Shadbolt.
Check out images of beautiful sunsets, colorful beach bikes, distant lighthouses, carnival rides, the hurdy gurdy of the boardwalk, and endless, windswept paths leading to an inviting horizon. DOWN THE SHORE will be on exhibit through October 17, with a special "meet the artist" reception on Thursday, September 15, from 6 to 8 pm. All are welcomed.
DOWN THE SHORE, photographs by Mary Shadbolt, is a collaboration between the Grand Summit Hotel and Reeves-Reed Arboretum. All the artworks are for sale, and the artist will donate 30% of all purchases to Reeves-Reed Arboretum.
