at
Reeves-Reed Arboretum
Thursdays, April 19, May 17 and June 21
165 Hobart Avenue
Summit, NJ 07901
Summit, NJ After a hard day of work, chores, or school, why not gather your friends together for a rejuvenating yoga and meditation session at sunset on the beautiful and peaceful grounds of Reeves-Reed Arboretum? In a series of three separate sessions, Claire Diab, of the American Yoga Academy Studio, will demonstrate mantra meditation, breathing techniques, chakra toning, and the six directions. These powerful breathing techniques help to purify and cleanse your lungs, which in turn purifies and nourishes every single cell in your body.
And why not learn from the best. According to author and alternative medicine advocate Deepak Chopra, "Claire Diab's programs will help you develop mind body coordination and ease you in the experience of yoga in the most appropriate way." A world renowned yoga therapist, fitness specialist, health and wellness expert and inspirational speaker, Ms. Diab has collaborated with some of the most recognized names in the health and wellness industry for the last three decades.
No advance registration is required and Sunset Yoga and Meditation in the Garden at Reeves-Reed Arboretum is weather dependent. The fee for each session is $15 for RRA members; $20 for non-members. The dates are Thursdays, April 19 and May 17, from 6 to 7:30 pm, and a special Summer Solstice session on June 21, from 7 to 8:30 pm.
