Garden Tour: National Public Gardens Day
Celebrate National Public Gardens Day with a free tour of historic Reeves-Reed Arboretum! Join Director of Horticulture Marc Montefusco and Lead Horticulturist Julieanne Frascinella on a walk through the grounds in their peak springtime splendor, as they introduce you to some of their favorite plants and bits of Arboretum history. National Public Gardens Day is a day of celebration to raise awareness of America's public gardens and their important role in promoting environmental stewardship, species and water conservation, and education in communities nationwide.
When you're finished with your tour, come back to Wisner House to see "Leaf - Stone - Water", an exhibition of original watercolor landscapes.
Registration is encouraged but not required. Garden Tours will depart from Wisner House.

The Reeves-Reed Arboretum Annual Plant Sale is back and better than ever!
If you've visited Reeves-Reed Arboretum, you probably have a favorite tree, shrub, perennial, or border plant that you've seen growing here, and you've probably wished you could take it home for your own garden. Now, you can – sort of. We're reviving our annual plant sale with a selection of plants that grow right here on the grounds. In some cases, we have propagated the plants here, and in a few special instances, the plants you can buy are seedlings of the very same plants that make our Arboretum so special.
If you're an Arboretum member, you're invited to the Member's Preview sale on May 15 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. If you're not a member, please join us on Saturday, May 16 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (or become a member today for early plant sales and many other benefits!). Supplies of some plants are in very limited quantities, so come early! Every penny you spend will go directly to fund the Arboretum's horticultural activities.
