Cream Tea

You are invited to enjoy an enchanting Cream Tea in historic Wisner House overlooking the Arboretum’s beautiful grounds. The Secret Tea Room takes particular pride in its collection of chinaware, which wonderfully complements the Victorian style of Wisner House.

Upon arrival, you will be offered a menu of fine teas and infusions. Your choice of tea will be brewed to perfection and served along with freshly baked scones (from the Wisner House kitchen), jam, homemade clotted cream, scrumptious baguette tea sandwiches, and divine flourless chocolate cake for dessert. About midway through the service, enjoy a complimentary glass of Prosecco or sparkling lemonade. We hope you will join us!

RESERVATIONS: (For adults and children ages 13+) Seatings are 90 minutes and registration is required. If you prefer sunporch seating, please make your reservation for 11:30 am or 12 pm. A 10% gratuity for your server is included in tea pricing.

Groups of 14-24 can be accommodated at 2:30 pm. An additional fee is required to reserve a private room for smaller groups during standard tea times at 11:30 am and 1:00 pm. Please email Richard at richard@secrettearoom.us for group reservations.

DIETARY AND SEATING REQUESTS: When registering for this event, make a note in the participant’s box on the checkout page of any dietary restrictions or seating requests. Gluten-free, vegetarian, and dairy-free options are available. In warmer weather months, please indicate if you would prefer seating outdoors. All requests must be communicated to us 48 hours before the event.

CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your reservation, 48 hours’ notice is required to receive a refund (less a 20% administrative fee).
