Children's Birthday Parties
"All of the kids had great fun at the Paint-a-Pot birthday party, and the parents had a lovely time at the Arboretum as well!"
Birthday parties are a privilege of the Family Level membership or higher
Birthday parties are held in the Stackhouse Education Center at Reeves-Reed Arboretum.
Let's Party!
Each party begins with a brief introduction by a staff member, followed by the entertainment of your choice. The first hour is entirely Educator-led; the last half hour of the party is led by the birthday parents – to serve cake and/or other party food that you supply. The space is available to you 30 minutes before your scheduled time slot for setup and decorating, and 30 minutes afterwards for cleanup.
Cost: $300
Time: 1.5 hours
Limit: 16 children
Please include any participating siblings when calculating the guest limits. See individual party package descriptions for ages.

- The renters are responsible for set-up, clean-up, food, tablecloths, decorations, and party favors.

- Before leaving the premises, the renters must clean the floor and all surfaces used, remove all belongings and decorations, and remove all garbage from the premises.

- Arboretum Educators are only responsible for supervision during one hour of the rental period, and there must be at least one other chaperone during this time.
