These sessions promote well-being and provide tools to cultivate peace and resilience in daily life. Gentle Yoga stretches and strengthens the body while calming the mind, Reiki channels energy to restore harmony, and Sound Healing uses soothing vibrations for deep relaxation. Forest Bathing, a meditative walk in nature, fosters a holistic connection with the environment and offers physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits, boosting immune strength amidst the Arboretum’s serene beauty.

Kayak(for adults)
With the NYC skyline as a backdrop, you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find great paddling in the Meadowlands. The many creeks, sweeping through grassy hills and phragmites, offer an ecological system of tidal waters, where wading birds and other wildlife forage for food in the mudflats at low tide. This is a great daytime paddle and home to some beautiful sunsets. Witness this unexpected gem right under our noses.
Led by an ACA (American Canoe Association) certified kayak instructor from Kayak East, this tour is rated “Easy,” meaning no experience is necessary. This tour is great for paddlers of any skill level. Photographers, bird watchers, and anyone who wants to get outside and enjoy nature will also love it!

Our expert speakers will share their knowledge and inspire thoughtful discussions. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn in a beautiful setting while connecting with fellow nature enthusiasts. We look forward to seeing you there!
