Step into the Secret Tea Room for a delightful escape! Indulge in an enchanting tea service at the historic Wisner House, where you can savor breathtaking views of the Arboretum’s stunning grounds. Experience the charm of Cream Tea on Wednesdays and treat yourself to the lavish Afternoon Tea on Saturdays and Sundays. Dates may vary throughout the year, so be sure to check our schedule!
Cream Tea offers a delightful selection of fine teas and infusions, perfectly paired with a tiered tray of freshly baked scones, delightful tea sandwiches, and a sweet surprise. For a truly luxurious experience, our Afternoon Tea elevates this experience with an additional tier of decadent desserts, all served alongside the same exquisite selection of teas.
Both tea services come with a complimentary glass of Prosecco, a refreshing Mimosa, or sparkling lemonade, adding a touch of sparkle to your afternoon.
Cream Tea
You are invited to enjoy an enchanting Cream Tea in Wisner House overlooking the Arboretum’s beautiful grounds!
Upon arrival, you will be offered a menu of fine teas and infusions. Your choice of tea will be brewed to perfection. Once everyone is settled in, the tiers will arrive with freshly baked scones, jam, homemade clotted cream, scrumptious sandwiches, and a sweet treat.
In the last part of the service, you’ll be offered a complimentary glass of Prosecco, a Mimosa, or sparkling lemonade. We hope you will join us!
This event is for adults and children ages 13+. Seatings are 90 minutes, and registration is required. If you prefer Sun Porch seating, please purchase tickets for 11:30 am or 12:00 pm.
A 10% gratuity for your server is included in tea pricing.

The Secret Tea Room invites your family to enjoy a special Holiday Afternoon Tea in the historic Wisner House. Adults and children alike will enjoy brewed-to-perfection teas along with freshly baked scones, jam, homemade clotted cream, scrumptious baguette tea sandwiches, and a 3-tiered dessert tray. A complimentary glass of Prosecco or a Mimosa is included for adults, as well as child-friendly sandwiches, desserts, and sparkling lemonade for the kids. We hope you will join us at this special time of year and make holiday memories with your family at Reeves-Reed Arboretum with the Secret Tea Room.

Please put notes in the participant’s box on the checkout page about dietary restrictions or seating requests. A gluten-free option is available with prior notice. We are not able to accommodate a dairy-free or vegan diet. All requests must be communicated to us 48 hours before the event.
Cancellation Policy
We are unable to accommodate cancellations or rescheduling. If you find you are no longer able to attend your scheduled event, you may transfer your ticket(s) to another person(s) to attend instead. Please notify both the Arboretum Office Manager and Secret Tea Room Host listed below so we can update your ticket name(s) for event check-in.
